5. Secure transactions are handled by trusted payment gateways. We do not store your payment details.
6. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Lagom is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.
7. All product images, designs, logos, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Lagom. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Return & Exchange
1. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
3. Exchanges are available for size or colour and subject to stock. Any price differences will be adjusted.
4. Request a return or exchange in the orders section on our website. 5. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pick-up wherever possible. If pick-up isn’t available at your location, you may self-ship the product to our address.
Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality checks.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
3. Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Shipping Policy
1. We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes.
2. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
3. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, depending on the delivery location.
4. Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
5. We offer free shipping on all orders.
Coupons & Promotions Policy
We love treating our customers with special offers!
1. Coupon codes must be entered at checkout to be applied.
2. Coupons cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
